About Us

Renee Hickerson, founder of R.H. Coaching Studio and holder of an Ed.M. in English Education and Humanities from Columbia University, brings 9 years of experience supporting middle, high school, and college students.

Recognizing the need for emotional, social, and professional support in education, she launched R.H. Coaching Studio to empower both students and teachers. The studio offers personalized coaching to help students build critical thinking, social skills, and confidence, guiding many to top programs like Harvard Secondary, MIT Launch, and Wharton Youth. For educators, it provides expert consulting to tackle burnout, improve classrooms, and foster innovation—supporting lifelong learning and growth at every stage.
